That was one of those situations where she probably realized after a while that it was GONNA cost her to get rid of the tree.

The only folks I know who will use live oak are the turners, and even then it's not easy to work with.

GWRY welcome to the group, I have been just popping in for a couple min here and there to see what’s up and not taking much time to respond.

When a big yard tree has to come down the cost is high, and there is no recouping the cost in most cases and some people struggle with that concept.
